Title: Who can help Addy?!
Post by: Adelaide on July 17, 2009, 05:02:36 PM
Okay, well my comp died off, and my dad builds them, so for the past couple of months I've been using the spare because he is lazy and takes forever to do one simple little upgrade.

Now this computer is back to working, and I notice there is a problem with it. Sometimes, if I leave it alone for too long, the screen blacks out and when I go to take it out of screensaver mode, it is unresponsive. The only way I have been able to get it back onto displaying a picture is by restarting the computer, which is irritating.

I would say the monitor is at fault, but with other computers it works fine. Only this one, and since my dad is lazy, he won't help me. Who can?! Or at least give me a suggestion...

Well right-click on your desktop
Goto energy saving settings, and make sure its all turned to 'always on'

xD Haha Flash. My dad threw that on there, and then we have a charger attached to the computer, with a wireless phone, and then the other wireless phone to a regular phone line in the kitchen. It's cheap as dirt, I've never once dropped a call, and the audio quality really depends on how strong your connection is and what type of phone you decide to purchase. Mine has pretty good quality, in my opinion. =P

Haha well Kinjo helped me via aim, using like a million zillion screenshots of my confusing computer. BUT, yes again, Kinjo has proven to be a better resource to my computer questions than Flash =P

Sorry Flash =] No wiring problem.

You can lock this topic now Kinjo ^^
