Well, I decided this was the topic to post this in. While exploring my computer, I checked out the latest version of MS Paint, that can be used on Windows 7.
For those of you who use MS Paint a lot (Omega and Wesker mostly =P) I think you will be very happy with this newest version. It is way better! Especially you comic makers! I did a few screen shots so you guys could check it out too ;D
Of course, you have to get Windows 7 in order to get this version of MS Paint, the program has improved tremendously.
I think my favorite change has to be that when you make a shape, you can edit the size of it or move it around. You don't have to make a shape, delete it, make it again, until it has the proportions you want it to have, which is nice. Also moving it as easily as this program lets you is nice.
