What do you people do to relief anger? I'm just curious

well, anger helps me workout and or Do things Incredibly well and effective at my job, so the intresting question is What do i do to build up my anger and Become a Psyco Popeye or superman for the next 2-3 hrs?
 
I look at or talk to crystal (my ex gf from a long time ago in a galaxy far far away) and its Really really effective if at like noon or 1pm she gets dropped off at work by her current BF in his stupid White truck.

I sleep for ten to fifteen or maybe twenty hours. >_> Then I shower for a good hour and then I'm okay.

wow red.. ive been there but you shouldnt need to sleep so long, Drink more water (6-8 glasses a day is optimal) and push yourself to workout and do things that get the heart beat going and sweat and youll sleep only 8 hours and feel great

o.o If you need to sleep more when you are angry, then you most likely overwork your nervous system, because emotional stress effects your body in the exact same way of physical stress; wears you down.

He means he only sleeps like that during fits of anger, and although unhealthy, if it works for him, I'm pretty sure its ok for once in a long while to sleep for long periods of time.

Thats why jogging is a good idea during anger fits: physical fitness releases endorphins and the fresh air helps clear your head

yes i know, but like i said activly there are times its optimal where i am agrivated by my sensless pain and memories of former gf's  [nyoro~n]
 
though i have to admit as such a situation happened today its dumb, but when your mad you find yourself capable of some powerful things and work is Extra easy

Sleep is my favorite thing ever. And I guess I should drink more water and eat... I wonder why I don't ever get to it. o.0

That's right, but I also sort of sleep a lot on weekends and vacations and all school breaks. Red's record is staying up for three days straight and then sleeping for two days straight. Crazy crazy.
