I GOT MY BOOK in the MAIL Today! SO awesome!! i read 43 pages out of the 283 and i am more SELF CONFIDENT ALREADY!! (But i will read the rest of course),
for those curious the book is called "When i say no, i feel guilty"
its a old book that was writen in 1975
its a book that helps improve ones assertiveness in both buisness and life, and Amazingly it also deals with depressive issues, such as how one becomes depressed through conversation, i Needed this book a long Long time ago like 10 years ago this book directly talks to me and i feel Better and empowered Already [ele]

i got a credit card offer from my life insurance company so i thought for sure id be approved for somthing, well lols so i called them today and nope i was declined, they should have a system where they dont even send offers to people that would be declined they could already know if they wanted to.

reasons like that i would put it in the post office delivery thing usualy its next to or by a grocery store or in some odd corner in a small town.
