Chopsticks

Many people have difficulty eating with chopsticks. Do you know how to use them? How and when did you finally get the hang of properly using chopsticks? Do you like using them?

Yar they are good for things like that..

It kinda makes sense why most asian dishes are either in small pieces, or kinda falls apart (most asian prepared fish just falls apart).. I didn't really think of that before but most any Asian dish I've ever seen is in small easily picked up pieces instead of big chicken breasts and meatloaf slices and stuffs..

Its because they are helpful with their dishes they prepare. Each meal is usually cut for you, so you need only to pick up the pieces.
